Exteriors

All of us want our home to be a place where we are proud to host our friends and families. We can increase the street appeal and efficiency of your home.

Often, a home is an extension of its owners’ personality and style. All of us want our home to be a place where we are proud to host our friends and families. There are a variety of ways to finish the exterior of a house that can increase the street appeal and efficiency of your home.

Siding

Common forms of siding are vinyl siding (Mitten) or fiber cement siding (HardiePlank) and less commonly (though certainly a beautiful option) used wood panel or cedar shingle.

These different siding types can also be accented by architectural detailing in casings, crowns and corners.

Soffit & Fascia

Usually we install aluminum soffit and fascia. If you want a more traditional look, a tongue and groove pine board may be used to replicate a traditional style.

Gentek provides a wide range of available colours.

Glen (Saskatoon)

That morning, one of the young men came up to me and told me what the day will bring. He was very polite and called me sir. I went to work, and by the time I got back that day, everyone was gone and I had my new roof. My neighbor told me they did the work to clean the yard and lawn of any nails, paper etc. I will recommend your company to anyone.

Troy was excellent to communicate with. He was prompt to respond to questions and went above and beyond to help us pick color and explain the pros and cons of our options. The crew was very polite and really looked like they enjoyed and took pride in their work. Clean up was so good that my two young boys couldn’t find any nails!

“My experience with Home Sweet Home Builders was extremely positive. Troy and his crew are professional, and courteous, and they did an excellent job on my roof and deck. Most importantly, as a woman who knows nothing about building, I had felt like I could trust their work and their word implicitly.”
